Bye Bye Bob

Our Bob hangs up his apron
Following this year’s annual summer break, we’ll be starting back (on Tuesday 3rd September) without our friend and long-time volunteer Bob Johnson. After many years faithfully serving our guests at the table, Bob is finally hanging up his apron to spend more time with his wife and family. His cheerful nature and genuine compassion for those less fortunate is a real testimony to his faith and character, and he will be sadly missed by everybody at Manna House.

We trust he will have a long and happy retirement.

Wonderful Rucksacks

Delivering productivity and protection technology solutions and Rucksacks for the Homeless
From their Winter Wonderland event, PETT (Prism Empowering Through Technology) have donated 40 rucksacks to the homeless guests of Manna House.
When putting the rucksacks together, the staff at the Congleton office of Prism had really thought of everything; from a wind up torch and radio, through to a sleeping bag, wet wipes and socks.  With the funding raising efforts of PETT - the charitable arm of Prism - our Manna House guests have felt thought about, cared for and supported once again.

Thank you PETT
